Maison Jewels is an online fine jewellery store offering premium diamond rings and accessories worldwide. These terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products through our store. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our store or place an order. Maison Jewels reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Products and Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are entirely error-free, complete or current. All products are subject to availability. Product colours may vary slightly due to screen and photography settings. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Maison Jewels reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly if this occurs.
4. Orders and Payment
By placing an order you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major payment methods as displayed at checkout. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We offer free tracked worldwide shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Maison Jewels is not liable for delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original unworn condition with all original packaging including the velvet pouch and certificate of authenticity. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item. Items returned after 30 days, items showing signs of wear or alteration, and items returned without original packaging are not eligible for a refund.
7. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. We may request the item be returned before processing a resolution.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Maison Jewels website including images, text, logos, and design is the property of Maison Jewels and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maison Jewels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

These terms and conditions are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Maison Jewels operates.
